The Senior Reservations Consultant plays a central role in managing and optimising the reservations function across the Rare Earth Retreats portfolio. This means overseeing the systems and processes that drive occupancy and revenue, while maintaining the quality of service and relationships — with guests and trade partners alike — that define our brand.
The role calls for someone with solid multi-property reservations experience and a genuine understanding of the lodge and hotel environment, but equally someone who brings warmth, curiosity and a collaborative spirit to their work. As a senior member of the team, they will be expected to lead by example and to invest meaningfully in the growth and wellbeing of the people around them.
