The Junior Reservations Consultant plays a central role in assisting with the management and optimisation of the reservations function across the Rare Earth Retreats portfolio. This means working with the systems and processes that drive occupancy and revenue, while maintaining the quality of service and relationships — with guests and trade partners alike — that define our brand.
The role calls for someone with some multi-property reservations experience and a genuine understanding of the lodge and hotel environment, but equally someone who brings warmth, curiosity and a collaborative spirit to their work.
