Our Lefats’e Spa at Tshwene Lodge offers a retreat set in the heart of the African wilderness. Our double treatment room is positioned high up in the trees and opens up to overlook the bushveld. Experience the sounds of the wilderness whilst enjoying your chosen treatments.
OUR TREATMENTS
Our treatment menu includes a range of massages, which are carried out by our trained therapists – Pauline Lesego Mokau and Lebo Rachel Kgomo. Each treatment is designed to soothe the body and mind, and indulge the senses, and include the following:

- African Hot Stone Massage

OUR PRODUCTS
The natural aromas of our locally produced spa products will enhance your senses while you are pampered with the luxurious oils. During the day, you will be treated with our African Blossom blend – a crisp wild fig and bushveld gardenia combination. In the evening, you’ll be pampered with our African Sunset blend that exudes scents of verbena with an underlying woody tone.
OUR LODGES
Welgevonden Private Game Reserve is home to our bush retreats, Ekuthuleni Lodge and Tshwene Lodge. Each lodge is secluded, considerately designed to blend into the surroundings and each accommodates only 10 guests at a time. If you’re a couple looking for a romantic retreat, we would recommend our oasis, Tshwene Lodge. Perched above the rugged valley of the Taaibos River, it offers peace and tranquility for those seeking to get away from it all.
And if you’re travelling to the bush with your family, Ekuthuleni Lodge is a great choice. Guests can relax next to the swimming pool overlooking sweeping, grassy plains, take in a famous African sunset or head over to Tshwene Lodge at the end of an adventure-filled day to enjoy a luxurious massage.
